How do I do in case I make a mistake with my order (model, size…) ?

You have 7 working days from the delivery day to return the product for an exchange or to be reimbursed .

Warning :

No return will be possible unless you have contacted us by e-mail at contact@neotangoshoes-net.com prior to sending the shoes in order for us to inform you of the return conditions as well as checked the exact address to return the shoes.

The customer must return the goods undamaged in there original packaging and must explain the reason for returning the shoes.
