Delivery

Time to delivery :

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your shoes have left the shop in Buenos Aires.

 Since our shoes are made with the hand, the production is a little longer than an industrial production.The delivery period  is approximately 45 to 60 days however most orders will arrive before this time delay. It is possible that the shoes arrive before this time. 

If your shoes are available in stock they will send rapidly from Buenos Aires store, you have to count just the delivery time the Post service which is quite variable depending on each country between 20 to 40 days and over).
Once the shoes they were sent you must wait, there is nothing we can do to accelerate the delivery ,will not help we write us to request a specific date because it is impossible for us to now this date.We can just give you an estimate time.

Transport charges :

 Offered for many countries.

*Some countries will participate in the payment of the postage but just for a part, that the rest we offer you. The cost is from 7 to 10 €

In case of cancellation of the order after receiving the shoes,all delivey charges are payed for you money deducted from the refund 16 €.
